He is a average level fighter. He has no unique abilites. So, what makes him special and star of the comic? Absolutely nothing. Chance is a mere averge joe in this line of work. You can't really blame him for being so average. He spends more time worrying about danger than improving his skills. Underneath the uselessness lies a heart of determination that will succeed no matter the obstacle. He keeps it locked deep inside so it doesn't get him into any trouble. When I say deep, I mean deep. We're talking not even in his head, but his colon deep. |

An above average fighter. His skill with the sword is exceptional. So, is he as good as you think? Probably not. If you take away all the fighting ability, you have an uninspired person that likes booze. His attitude is to get the job done, period... and to go home and drink. He doesn't care for assessing the situation or checking for danger. Get in, get out, give me my pay, and I'll be at the bar. Probably the only thing that he'll actually take seriously (othering than drinking) is a good fight. |
